1 – Subject
The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products appearing on the website www.trendsaccessori.com (hereinafter: SITE) owned by TREND’S Accessori with registered office at Corso Stati Uniti 1/28 35127 Padova, Italy
- Products purchased on SITE are sold directly by TREND’S Accessories.
- Sales are made only to Customers who are merchants, wholesalers, retailers, professionals, and who purchase for non-personal use. Purchase transactions will be governed by the rules of the Civil Code.
- Privacy protection will be subject to the regulations of Leg. 196/2003 ”Privacy Code”; the Customer for this purpose must read the information (cd “Privacy Policy”) on the site and give consent to the processing of data in order to proceed with the order.
2 – Acceptance of General Conditions of Sale
- These Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy should be reviewed by Customers of the site before finalizing an order. Continuation of the order therefore implies full knowledge of them and their total acceptance; without reading and acceptance of them the order cannot continue.
- The Customer with the placing of the order declares to have read and accepted all the general conditions of sale and payment therein as well as declares to have read carefully and in its entirety the Privacy Policy, to be well aware of its contents and to have expressed consent to the processing of data; by sending his purchase order the Customer therefore accepts them unconditionally and is obliged to observe them in full, together with the terms of payment.
- The Customer undertakes and is obliged, once the purchase procedure is completed, to print and keep these General Conditions of Sale, in accordance with Articles 52 and 53 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005.
- TREND’S Accessories offers products for sale on the site and conducts e-commerce business only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older (or who are otherwise of legal age), possess the capacity requirements to enter and enter into binding contracts, and have a valid e-mail address.

3 – Mode of purchase

- The availability of the product is updated according to the number of products available because access and the ability to submit orders online change the availability of the product, TREND’S Accessories does not guarantee the certainty of allocation of the goods ordered; TREND’S Accessories in any case also gives the Customer the opportunity to reserve certain products for which TREND’S Accessories reserves the right to notify the Customer of the delivery time (which may be longer than the ordinary delivery time) and availability by sending an email or contacting the Customer by phone.
- Before confirmation of the purchase, the Customer will be summarized the unit cost of each product chosen, the total order line, the total cost of the order in case of purchase of more than one product, and any transportation costs.
- The Customer, after completing their purchase order, will receive an initial e-mail message where TREND’S Accessori simply informs them that it has received the order indicating its number; in the following days, and indicatively in the next two working days although this time indication is not binding, TREND’S Accessori will send another e-mail to the Customer to communicate the acceptance of the order, confirming the sending of the product(s) to the address indicated and providing the user with a forecast of the delivery time. Upon receipt of the emails, the Customer may verify the correctness of the data and products purchased and, if necessary, report and/or request information to TREND’S Accessories or to the following number: +39 049 2614863/ +39 049 644088.
- The Customer will be able to check the status of the order in the customer area.
- Orders can take on these statuses: CONFIRMED: The order has been completed by the Customer and payment has been verified. In case of non-authorization by the international banking circuit, the order is automatically cancelled; PENDING CONFIRMATION: the order is waiting to be verified by the TREND’S Accessories facility (immediate availability or in stock); SHIPPED: the products related to the order have been delivered to the courier company carrying out the transport.
4 – Method of Payment
- Installment payments are not allowed.
- If the Customer has chosen to make payment with the credit cards available and indicated online, payment must be made when placing the purchase order. The provider automatically verifies, at the time of the order, the operativity of the card, providing to send an e-mail indicating the outcome of the transaction; the credit is actually collected by TREND’S Accessories when the goods are shipped.
- Prices are subject to change at any time, but such changes do not affect Orders already confirmed in the manner described above.
- If the credit card issuer or our service provider refuses or for any reason does not authorize or validate payment, under such circumstances, TREND’S Accessories shall not be liable for delay or non-delivery with respect to the Original Products.
- In the absence of information necessary to complete the payment TREND’S Accessories reserves the right to automatically cancel the order.
- At no time during the purchase process is TREND’S Accessories able to know the Buyer’s credit card information and credit card number or the Customer’s financial, asset and personal information. This is in fact transmitted via a secure connection directly to the portal of the bank or finance company at the time of the Client’s confirmation. TREND’S Accessories therefore under no circumstances is responsible and can be held liable for any fraudulent and illegal use of credit cards that may be made by third parties during the process of purchasing and paying for products.
- If the Customer has chosen to purchase through Paypal payment methods, he or she is directed to the Paypal login page upon completion of the order. The amount related to the order is debited from your Paypal account when the order is taken. In case of cancellation of the order either by the Customer or in case of non-acceptance by TREND’S Accessories, the amount will be refunded to the Customer’s Paypal account. In case of cancellation of the order will be required to cancel the transaction and TREND’S Accessories in no event shall be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by the delay in the failure to release the amount committed by Paypal. For each transaction performed with the Paypal account, the Customer will receive confirmation emails from Paypal. - If the Customer has chosen to purchase through the cash on delivery payment method, he/she should note that this service has an additional cost of €5 and cannot be used for orders over €999.99. Upon delivery, the Customer must pay the courier the exact amount of the order as the courier cannot give change. Only cash is accepted.
- If the Customer cancels an order booked with payment methods credit cards, bank transfer or Paypal, TREND’S Accessories will re-credit according to the same methods chosen by the customer who will not be able to request a change of them.
- The Client’s data is transmitted in a secure manner that prevents other parties from learning about or coming into contact with it. To make sure you have a secure connection you need to use a browser such as Internet Explorer (5.x and later), Netscape Navigator (4.x and later), Mozilla (1.x and later), Opera, Safari or Chrome capable of transmitting encrypted data with TREND’S Accessories server. 5 – Delivery
- TREND’S Accessories accepts orders with delivery both in the Italian territory and in the European Community and non-European countries.
- The invoice for orders delivered by courier is printable and downloadable online directly in the Customer’s private area. No changes in the invoice will be possible after it has been issued.
- The shipping fee, to be added to the price of the purchased products, is calculated automatically by the system.
- The Customer is required to check, upon receipt, whether the number of packages being delivered corresponds to the number indicated on the transport document, whether the packaging is intact, and whether the product delivered to him is in accordance with the order placed; the Customer must sign the delivery note indicating ”subject to control over the integrity of the products”, if this is not done, the Customer will not be able to dispute, after delivery, the external non-compliance of the product ordered and its quantity.
- Without imposing any constraints on TREND’S Accessories, the goods are delivered indicatively within 7 working days after sending the order confirmation always upon verification of the regularity of the payment and the execution of the same. In the case of orders with payments other than bank transfer in advance where TREND’S Accessories has received reports of payment anomalies such as the mismatch of the name of the registered party and the holder of the credit card, the products will be delivered within 7 working days starting from the verification of the regularity of the payment or in any case starting from the end of the verifications that will be necessary to ascertain the regularity of the payment. In the event that the products have not been delivered after 15 working days after sending the order confirmation, the Customer may send an email to TREND’S Accessories with the subject “non-delivery” and indicating the order number and any notes. After receiving the email and after appropriate research, TREND’S Accessories will contact the Customer within 2 business days for a solution to the problem or an explanation of the reasons for the order not being processed.
6 – Return of goods and refunds
- TREND’S Accessories recognizes the ability to return merchandise, within two days of delivery, for discrepancies from what was ordered and/or for product defects.

- The notice should specify which products will be returned, the date of purchase, and the method of re-credit chosen.
- The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer and will be handled through special carrier contracted by TREND’S Accessories. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the payment for the return merchandise reversal.
- The product, with everything originally contained, must be packed with the original cartons so as to safeguard them from damage and shipped to TREND’S Accessories.
- Beyond two days after delivery, no return requests will be accepted.
- Refunds will be made by bank transfer or credit card reversal, within 10 business days of receiving the goods.

- Pursuant to the legislation on the protection of personal data, Legislative Decree. n. 196/2003, TREND’S Accessories is ”Owner” of the processing of the Customer’s data and all information regarding the use of the Customer’s personal data is summarized in the Privacy Policy document to be accepted before continuing the order. - Personal data collected by TREND’S Accessories will be communicated to and/or processed by trusted parties who, in pursuit of the aforementioned purposes, perform tasks of an operational, technical and organizational nature. Parcel return information with Trends accessories Ltd.
With Accessory Trends, returns are easy and you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons and without paying a penalty within 7 days from the day you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last good from the delivery of the product. Only the cost of shipping the goods will be your responsibility.
